KICKBOXING
Regular training in
Kickboxing will allow you to develop your boxing and kicking skills, as well as your strength and
fitness levels progressively. While many of our Members have completed the Kickboxing Fundamentals
Course, it is not a pre-requisite to the Kickboxing classes. No previous experience is necessary
to join the Kickboxing classes, and beginners are welcome.

Learn the conditioning secrets of fighters, who are among the best-conditioned
athletes anywhere but without having to fight
Strengthen their "core," to cross-train for golf, tennis, football, or other sports (where core
strength is so critical)
Learn self-defense; Improve self-esteem and self-confidence
Have fun and get away from generic training programs; and Tell their friends that they are doing
something "cool" and different.
Once you have completed your first quarter, the idea is that you continue with the next one ... right
up to black belt standard, or World Champion! Or perhaps you'll just continue because your fitness is
improving and you're having fun! Each individual's progress is very important to us - and we
recognize that we all have different needs and preferences
Please do not hesitate if you are unfit, overweight, a complete beginner ... Martial Art Academy of
India will get you fit, help you lose that weight and teach you how to defend yourself. Note that we
cannot confirm your space until we receive your registration and payment. Respond as quickly as
possible to ensure your space is confirmed as classes are filling up.
